How to check a Tuzoo product
Tuzoo maintains product information at SKU and batch level. When checking a product, use the following order of evidence:
- the packaging and label on the actual product supplied;
- the product name, barcode, batch/date panel and pack size;
- market-specific importer or distributor information;
- documents linked to the relevant product and batch; and
- the current official product page.
The actual supplied label takes precedence. If an older online image or description differs, do not use it to identify the current product formula or batch.
What to photograph
For a product-information enquiry, retain clear photographs of the front, back, ingredients and directions panel, barcode, batch/date panel and any market-specific importer label. Include the purchase country or region and sales channel.
Historical packaging
Older packaging may represent a genuine historical formula, but it should not be used to describe a current product without a version date. Tuzoo welcomes correction requests where online images, formula descriptions or dosage information no longer match the current sales batch.
